Additional rain on already saturated soil caused road washouts and one bridge closure in Saratoga County. In the Town of Halfmoon the Hudson River Road was washed out. In the Town of Ballston along Outlet Road a bridge was closed due to high water and in the Town of Moreau, Spier Falls Road was washed out.
