Flash Flood — Steuben, NY

Up to one and a half inches of rain fell across much of Steuben County in a three hour period, causing creeks and small streams to rise out of their banks after several days of heavy rainfall. Flash flooding closed many county and town roads between Prattsburg and Wayne in northern Steuben County, to Woodhull and Lindley in southern Steuben County.
