Thunderstorms dumped over 2 inches of rain in a hour and resulted in some small stream and road flooding in low-lying areas in the western part of the county. Small stream and road flooding was also reported in the southeast part of the county in Wellsville and East Liverpool. About 17 basements were also flooded in Wellsville.
