Heavy rains upstream in Monona and Crawford Counties of 5 to nearly 13 inches brought flooding along the entire Boyer River and the Soldier River. Urban flooding affected Pisgah and Missouri Valley. Up to 6 inches of rain fell in Harrison County itself. Damage was substantial to cropland, bridges, county roads, farm fences, and culverts.
