Torrential rainfall of 3-4 inches in less than 12 hours caused the Turkey Creek and Scioto/Ohio Brush Creek to overflow their banks. The flooding affected approximately 6 mobile homes. Several washouts of roads, culverts, and low water bridges also cut off access to some residences. The Ohio Brush Creek was over flood stage for nearly 24 hours and reached a crest of 24 feet. The flood stage is 15 feet.
