Flash Flood — Pendleton, WV

Torrential thunderstorms rains produced widespread flash flooding over western Pendleton Co, particularly in the Cherry Grove and Mouth of Seneca area. A bridge near Buffalo Hills washed out, and the Friends Run overflowed it's banks. State route 33 closed for a period of time as well.
