Flash Flood — Albany, NY

On June 13, a very moist and unstable atmosphere was situated over eastern New York. This produced torrential rain from training thunderstorms which resulted in flash flooding at Berne in northwest Albany County. Several roads were washed out during the late afternoon including: state route 443, state route 157A, Cole Hill Road, Irish Hill Road, Wolf Hill Road and Beaver Dam Road.
