After 1 to 2 inches of rain on the afternoon and eveningof the 18th, another round of thunderstorms during the morningof the 19th, dumped 1.5 to 3 inches of rain. Widespread, butmostly minor, flash flooding occurred across the 6 countyregion. Kumbrabow State Forest had a 2 day rain total of5.4 inches. The following are just some of the numerousflood reports. Leading Creek flooded Route 219 in RandolphCounty. Evacuations took place in Ellamore as Middle Forkoverflowed in Upshur County. Barb
