Heavy rains of 5.2 inches resulted in flash flooding in and around Broadhead. Homes and businesses sustained damage, and there was serious erosion of farm soils and crops near the city limits. Water reached a depth of 2 to 3 feet over a couple roads which experienced shoulder washouts.
