Heavy rainfalls of 4 to 5 inches in the early morning hours resulted in flash flooding of roads and fields east of Cooksville.Road shoulders were washed out, and there was serious soil erosion to farm fields. There was also some washouts under a bridge and railroad tracks in nearby Evansville.
