Two to 3 inches of rain overnight on top of a saturated ground resulted in high water levels in streams and creeks around the city of Cedar Grove. Water covered roads to a depth of 2 to 5 feet. in one case, an automobile was swept 100 feet down a road and over-turned. The driver escaped uninjured. Basement and business flooding was also reported.

A slow moving low pressure area brought a 18-24 hour period of moderate to sometimes heavy rainfall. 3 to 6 inches of rain fell over far eastern WI, which resulted in river, creek, and lowland flooding. Numerous roads were flooded and closed.
