A narrow band of very heavy rainfall amounts, up to 6 inches in five hours, occurred from near Fulton to Paducah. In Carlisle County, a state of emergency was declared as swollen creeks flooded county roads. The hardest hit parts of the county included Magee Springs, Arlington, and Kentucky 307 near U.S. 62.
