A narrow band of very heavy rain, up to 6 inches in five hours, inundated parts of Fulton County. Low-lying portions of Hickman were flooded, leaving streets flooded, and a few residents were briefly stranded in their homes. A church received minor flood damage, and an outbuilding was inundated. Sections of Kentucky 94 were covered by water for a short time.
