A narrow band of very heavy rainfall, up to 6 inches in 5 hours, occurred from near Fulton to Paducah. Although the heaviest amounts were north and west of Graves County, street flooding was widespread in Mayfield, where about 4 inches of water covered many streets. A vehicle was washed off a road in the county.
