A persistent band of thunderstorms caused a swath of heavy rainfall amounts from near Fulton, Kentucky to Livingston County. Although amounts were higher from Paducah southwest, Livingston County still experienced some road flooding. Kentucky Highway 70 was closed near the Crittenden County line.
