A stationary frontal boundary across Northern New York into central Vermont resulted in late afternoon and evening thunderstorms across the area. The front acted as a trigger for some of the thunderstorms to focus locally heavy rain in Addison County, Vermont with Flash Flooding reported.Road washouts were reported in the Ripton and East Middlebury areas around 740 PM EST.
