An ice jam on the Walhonding River, about 5 miles west-northwest of Warsaw, near the Mohawk Dam, caused flood waters to rise behind the jam. Three vacant summer homes were affected. Evacuations were also ordered from Nellie Bridge to Six-mile Dam. The flooding continued for several days.
