Estimated rainfall of 4 to 8 inches across the county in less than 36 hours caused area creeks and streams to rise out of their banks. Numerous roads were closed due to high water and several evacuations occurred. A few bridges were washed away. The worst property damage occurred along Kinniconick Creek.
