Flash Flood — Mobile, AL

The combination of a stalled frontal boundary along the coast and near record levels of deep layer moisture resulted in several rounds of very heavy rain over southern Mobile County during the evening of April 12th into the early morning hours of April 13th. This heavy rainfall resulted in flash flooding over many locations.
