Low pressure tracked slowly across Kentucky during the 1st, 2d and 3rd, spreading rain across southern Michigan. Heavy rains were confined to the far south. Some two day rain totals included 2.63 inches at Adrian, in Lenawee county, and 2.20 inches at Monroe, in Monroe county. Radar indicated that as much as 3 inches fell farther south, along the Michigan-Ohio state-line.
