A cold front moved slowly into southeast Minnesota during the late evening hours on September 30th and the early morning hours of October 1st. Thunderstorms along and ahead of the cold front produced excessive rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches in two hours. This caused flooding in northern Dodge County.
