Four to six inches of rain produced localized flooding of roads and low-lying areas from the Bradenton - Sarasota metropolitan areas east to the Manatee-Hardee county line. Most of the water damage was confined to rugs of homes and apartments in low-lying areas of Bradenton and Sarasota.
