Flash flooding redevloped again just after midnight over Fayette County, as showers and thunderstorms dropped an additional 2 to 3 inches over the county. This rainfall, when combined with the rain from the previous week, totalled over 15 inches in some areas of the county. During this early morning, seven roads were reported closed due to high water. Some of the roads reportedly had up to 4 feet of water over them.
