Thunderstorms trained over the town of Emery this night. The Emery county sheriff reported flooding across SR10 about 5 miles south of town. A few homes and businesses in Emery experienced flood damage. Sand bagging efforts apparently prevented worse flooding in the area. The spotter in Emery measured 1.27" of rain from 2200 MST until 2320 MST. A spotter in the nearby town of Ferron reported 1.08".
