Strong southeast winds of 25 knots over a two day period led to minor coastal flooding in Cameron Parish. Highway 82 between Holly Beach and Johnson Bayou had debris thrown over it from tide action, including seaweed as deep as three feet in places. A few beach homes in Constance Beach received minor damage. There was also extensive beach erosion along Gulf Breezes Beach.
