Flash flooding was reported by the Duchesne County Sheriff along stretches of US-HWY 40 in the Duchesne area. The flood waters from the Duchesne River caused the highway to be closed for several hours. A spotter in Duchesne received 1.40" of rain in 90 minutes and 1.75" total rain on this date.
