Flood — Southern Herkimer, NY

From January 8 to January 10, the East Canada Creek flooded in southern Herkimer, Fulton and Montgomery Counties, due to a combination of significant rain and snowmelt. The creek experienced a 80 year peak flow. Roads and several residents were impacted by the flood waters in Dolgeville. Most of the flooding was confined to fields and roadways along the creek.
