Several rounds of moderate to heavy rainfall occurred across parts of northwestern Ohio, beginning early on the 20th and continuing through the 22nd. Much of this rainfall fell into the Maumee River basin, with the Blanchard River near Ottawa suffering the worst affects of the rainfall, which totaled upwards of 15 inches in some areas.
