A storm system moved from the Tennessee Valley Wednesday (January 7) and Thursday (January 8) then into New England Friday (January 9). Liquid precipitation amounts across the area during the week were 3 to 6 inches. The Missisquoi River flooded especially from Richford to Enosburg Falls to Highgate Center.
