A storm system moved from the Tennessee Valley Wednesday (January 7) and Thursday (January 8) then into New England Friday (January 9). Liquid precipitation amounts across the area during the week were 3 to 6 inches. The Lamoille River flooded especially in the Johnson and Cambridge areas.
