Flash Flood — Monroe, NY

Jun 13, 1998

Thunderstorms crossed the western Finger Lakes during the early evening hours dropping several inches of rain in less than an hour. The heavy rains flooded roads forcing closures throughout Livingston and Monroe counties. Farmers fields in Geneseo, Piffard and Leicester were covered with water.
