Extremely heavy rainfall, estimated at 3 to 5 inches in two hours, inundated 19 homes, 32 businesses, and 3 government buildings. The roofs of two buildings collapsed under the weight of the accumulated water; miraculously, no one was injured. The heaviest rainfall was observed between 330 pm and 400 pm.
