Heavy rain produced over two inches of rain in less than 30 minutes, resulting in flash flooding in Alexandria and Pineville. Many streets were entirely flooded, and several vehicles had water as high as car windows. Several underpasses in Alexandria and Pineville quickly flooded, trapping some people in cars and trucks, but no injuries were reported.
