Widespread heavy rainfall across the region dumped 2 to 4 inches causing many small streams and creeks to go out of their banks throughout a large part of east central Ohio. Several basements were also flooded.In Guernsey County, flooding of low-lying areas was common. Some roads were flooded including Route 285 and Route 660 in Byesville.In Noble County, Duck Creek was the first to go out of its banks and flood SR 821 and 339 south of Dexter City.
