Up to 8 inches of rain fell in southwestern Frio County, causing widespread flooding in Dilley. Brief flooding also took place in San Antonio over the northern side of the city as 2 inches fell in 30 minutes. A general 3-inch rain across Dimmit County, with 6 inch totals in the northeastern part of county, caused numerous roads to go under water with flash flooding in the cities of Carrizo Springs and near Big Wells.
