Flash Flood — Orleans, VT

A cold front moved across the region during the late afternoon and night of August 11th into the early morning of August 12th. With a warm humid airmass in place, thunderstorms resulted in torrential downpours during the late night. Small streams and brooks quickly rose to bankful or greater. Roads were flooded in Westfield.
