Numerous thunderstorms with large hail, heavy rain and strong winds rumbled across northern and east-central Wisconsin during the early morning of September 26. One of the hardest hit areas was Waupaca and western Outagamie counties, where numerous cars, mobile homes, and roof tops sustained damage from the wind driven hail.
