An area of low pressure tracked across New York and New England during the late night of Friday (June 26) and morning of Saturday (June 27). Heavy convective rains fell with 3 to 6 inches across northern portions of the county. Extensive flooding occurred along the White River and its branches.In the Vermont towns of Rochester and Bethel, extensive flooding resulted in massive road damage and washouts.
