The Guadalupe River at Cuero crested at 25.25', flood stage 20', minor lowland flooding; far below the devastating 50' flood levels of last October. Sandies Creek, a tributary from the west reached moderate lowland flooding, inundating the approaches to the Westhoff/Cheapside Road bridge over a half mile.
