One to 3 inches of rain fell on already saturated ground causing the Presumpscot River at Westbrook to crest at 15.8 feet at 9:45 pm on the 27th. Flood stage is 15 feet. Only minor lowland flooding occurred. At Skowhegan, the Kennebec River's peak flow was 44703 cfs; flood flow is 35000 cfs.
