Summary of events for April 3 1999:Early on the morning of April 3, an isolated cluster of severe thunderstorms formed over Crawford County and moved northeast through Madison County, producing hail as large as quarters and marginally severe winds. Later in the morning, non-severe thunderstorms training across the same area caused some flash flooding.
