Trees were blown down by severe winds at the Fish Hatchery at Uvalde. In the Quemado area, severe winds uprooted trees and damaged trailers. Heavy rain fell shortly afterward in the Eagle Pass area, with rainfall totals of up to 4 inches. This caused low water crossing to flood very quickly. The Eagle Pass Police Department reported 3 motorists were stranded in their vehicles and had to be rescued.
