General 3 to 4 inch rainfall fell across the five counties during the mid afternoon period, resulting in widespread flash flooding that continued into the evening period. The heaviest rain fell in Karnes County, with isolated totals to near 11 inches. Water was even reported to be covering a bridge near Panna Maria.
