Brief heavy rain caused short-lived flooding near Lincoln, with roads quickly becoming passable again. One resident of Lincoln reported that the water accumulation was sufficient to dislodge and float her underground tornado shelter. She looked in her back yard to see the shelter spinning in its former hole.
