Widespread thunderstorms between Bandera, San Antonio and New Braunfels, produced rain accumulations of 1 to 2 inches with isolated totals to near 4 inches. Sheriff's Departments in the three counties reported roads briefly flooded. The most severe flooding took place in Bandera County, which had experienced flooding earlier that morning.
