A persistent stalled frontal boundary and an upper level disturbance led to another day of severe weather and flooding across central Wyoming. Heavy rain fell on saturated soils in Natrona County and produced areas of flash flooding, especially west of Casper. The flooding closed US Highway 20/26 for several hours between Casper and Shoshoni.
