Daily rounds of showers and thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall elevated the flooding threat over many areas of New Mexico. The persistent wet pattern that began at the end of April and continued through May did not let up during June. Slow-moving thunderstorms around Santa Fe County created minor flooding during the early afternoon around Pojoaque.
