The remnants of what was Tropical Storm Bill moved east, through northern Kentucky during the morning hours, reaching the West Virginia border between Huntington and Point Pleasant during the late afternoon. In the warmer air east of the center, thunderstorms strengthen in central West Virginia during the afternoon and moved north.
