The last remnants of the mid level disturbance was exiting to the northeast. Slow moving showers and storms affected central and north central West Virginia during the afternoon and evening. Local downpours occurred near Clarksburg, with an estimated 1.5 to 2 inches possible between Clarksburg and Salem. An automatic gauge in Clarksburg measured 1.2 inches.
