A warm front moving north across the eastern Texas Panhandle and plenty of low level moisture across the northeast Texas Panhandle set the stage for river flooding on Wolf Creek at Lipscomb Texas. Thunderstorms with intense rainfall developed as a strong upper low pressure system moved southeast out of southern Colorado and northeast New Mexico. Wolf Creek crested well above the nine and a half foot flood stage at just over fifteen feet. The river flooding caused damage to fifth wheel campers...
